These programs are designed to be a combination of education (about 10-20%) and one-to-one coaching, enabling coachees to experience powerful brain-based coaching tools, and ground learning in deep and lasting ways.
Each session is a one hour call, and has a theme and a tool from research on consciousness and/or neuroscience, as well as worksheets and resources that are provided to the coachee.
Programs are typically a minimum of six sessions, and are custom designed by Jessica and the coachee during an intake session.

By leveraging assessments, interviewing key stakeholders, or implementing the Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Feedforward process, I help Senior Executives and Managers discover and select the development areas they would most benefit from working on.
Then we partner to make a growth plan and implement it, meeting frequently to stay on track. During these coaching sessions we review progress and obstacles, and determine what adjustments the leader will take to become even more successful.

I offer coaching and training programs for expats- and their families- to excel in The Netherlands, personally and professionally.
Programs include cross-cultural theory, a self-assessment, coaching to reveal the participants' culture shock "pain points", and developing an action plan to thrive in their new environment.
